Eddie Holland of Cambridge Tutors College, UK, contributed to the SBT Accreditation material. He is a Company Director, IT professional and Investor with over 35 years’ experience in software services, consultancy, network sales, and staff recruitment, training and development. He has worked in the UK, EU, USA, Japan, China, Australia, Singapore and Korea, including Asian regional roles and global roles for technical sales overlay teams at Cisco.

During his career, he has assessed and tested thousands of candidates from graduate- up to and including country manager-level and defined and delivered worldwide training programs for technical product training, sales skills, and soft skills training, for teams of up to 150 members. These programs included the Associate SE program to select and integrate some 60 new engineers (college graduates) into the Seoul team from a San Jose Boot Camp program, and the Korean Leadership Development &ampaining Program.

Eddie graduated from the University of Portsmouth (UK) with a BSc Honors in Computer Science, has lived in seven different countries, and is now calls Thailand ‘Home’.
