2020 will be a year for all of us to remember - especially if you're a Year 12 student. It's understandable if you're concerned about how things will go with exams and your chances of studying at university in 2021. But the good news is you have options - don't give up on that dream! Depending on what you've studied already, or your work or life experience, you have options – we call them admission pathways.

The Edith Cowan College (ECC) Pathway Scholarship is offered to all international students who apply for a diploma pathway with ECC, packaged into an undergraduate program by coursework. The scholarship offers high achieving students up to 20 percent reduction in tuition fees for the duration of their course at ECU.

Terms and Conditions

  • All applications received before the end of the closing date will be considered for scholarships. 
  • Scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis until available scholarship funds have been exhausted. 
  • Scholarships will be awarded based on merit, at the sole discretion of the school. 
  • Any or all scholarship values published is an indicative value of the award and does not indicate the actual awards.
  • Please note that all scholarships information and/or scholarships value in this list were correct at time of publication, however they are subject to change without notice.
  • This scholarship is open to prospective students (not current students)
  • Applicants must be an international student who apply for, and receive an offer to commence study on a packaged pathway course to ECU
  • Applicants must achieve a WAM (Weighted Average Mark) of 75 or above on completion of their diploma program;
  • Scholarship recipients will receive financial assistance amounting up to 20% (percent) of their ECU tuition fees for the duration of the ECU component of their study
  • Applicants can package with ELICOS
  • The scholarship can only be used for tuition fees and cannot be used for any other student expense. The scholarship will be applied directly by ECU on a unit-by-unit basis at the relevant census date.
  • The scholarship cannot be transferred to an ECU location or partner outside Western Australia, or to another university.
  • The scholarship can be revoked if the recipient does not accept their Letter of Offer or enrol in their course by the relevant date(s) specified

  1. To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  2.  All applicants must register as students via Scholarship2u.com. 
  3.  All applicants must make an application via the Scholarships2u.com portal in order to qualify for the scholarship. 
  4. Scholarship covers tuition fees only. 
  5. Terms and conditions may apply.
  6. Applicant must be an international student, not an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen;
  7. Applicant must hold a valid student visa to study at ECU Joondalup, ECU Mount Lawley or ECU South West (Bunbury) Campus;
  8. Applicant must not be in receipt of a government scholarship, industry sponsorship or other ECU scholarship;
  9. The recipient must maintain a full-time enrolment load of 60 credit points each semester or study period.
  10. Deferment of studies for more than one semester or study period during their course is not allowed.
