The Belt and Road Scholarship is designed exclusively
for students from the Belt and Road Partner Countries to study in China on scholarships in the spirit of expanding
cultural diversity and promoting the internationalization of education. Under
the People's Republic of China's Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century
Maritime Silk Road Initiative, the Belt and Road Scholarship
came into being on March 28th, 2015, offering more than 10,000 shcoarship
quotas on a yearly basis.

Located in Hefei, capital city of Anhui Province, and established in 1959, Anhui University of Chinese Medicine (originally known as Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)is a construction unit of national clinical research base, a national (Anhui-based) modern technology industry of Chinese medicine, an international cooperation base for the promotion of Chinese medicine, a national base for clinical drug research, a doctoral degree-conferring unit, and a unit of Master’s student recommendation and exemption. Anhui Academy of Chinese Medicine is affiliated to the University, and it consists of ten research institutes.
