Each year Camosun welcomes over 1,200 Indigenous students from First Nations, Métis, and Inuit groups, and over 2,100 international students from more than 80 countries. Camosun’s impact as a college extends well beyond their highly skilled, job-ready graduates. They provide contract training opportunities for local businesses; research, innovation, and prototyping services for industry; and well-trained co-op students for employers. 92% of grads are either employed or pursuing further studies.
The Camosun International Academic Advancement Scholarship acknowledges high academic achievement and community involvement. It is awarded annually to international students who have completed at least one year of full-time studies in an academic program at Camosun College. The scholarship value is CAD 1,000.
