The International Merit Scholarship covers 25% of your tuition fees for your first two semesters (one year) of study at QUT provided you meet the minimum academic standards with an extension of 25% on tuition fees per semester for the remaining duration of study if you meet the ongoing academic conditions.
This scholarship is available for students pursuing an undergraduate degree at the QUT Business School, Creative Industries Faculty, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Law and Science and Engineering Faculty. Other benefits include recognition at the scholarship award ceremony, membership of the QUT College of Excellence and access to QUT's Leadership and Development Program.

- Applicants must meet minimum English language entry requirements for the degree program.
- Applicants must be receive an admission offer letter into one of the eligible courses offered by participating faculties.
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- All applicants must register as students via Scholarship2u.com.
- All applicants must make an application via the Scholarships2u.com portal in order to qualify for the scholarship.
- Scholarship covers tuition fees only.
- Terms and conditions may apply.
- Applicants must have completed a qualifying course with the required academic result.
- Applicants will be assessed on their qualifications when applying to study at QUT.
- Applicants should possess a recognised Bachelor-level studies (minimum one year) or a recognised overseas post-secondary qualification equivalent to an Australian Diploma or higher with a GPA of 6.0 on a 7-point scale or equivalent
