Wychwood School, in Oxford UK, offers one music scholarship for students joining Year 7. The scholarship covers instrumental tuition for up to two instruments including voice. There is also a single organ scholarship available to cover organ tuition which is awarded to a high-level pianist. These awards are intended for the support of the pupil’s musical interests. All music award holders are expected to be fully involved in the musical life of the school. All qualified application received before the end of the closing date will be considered for scholarships. Scholarships will be awarded based on merit at the sole discretion of the School. (Currency conversion for scholarship value is based on the 21 May 2020 exchange rate of USD$1 = £0.81)

  1. All scholarship applicants must sign up as student in Scholarships2u.com.
  2. All candidates sitting for a music scholarship must be applying to join the school into Year 7. All music scholarship tests must be taken at the school.
  3. Music scholars will be expected to be grade 3 or 4 level at 11+.
  4. Applicants shall submit certified true copy of their recent exam result upon request.
  5. Scholarship covers tuition fees only. Terms and conditions may apply.
