The Tan Sri Ahmad Razali (TSAR) Merit Scholarship Award is oered to deserving students who demonstrate excellent academic achievements and exemplary leadership attributes; participate actively in extracurricular activities, community involvement and have received outstanding recognition due to notable achievement.
Named after the late Tan Sri Ahmad Razali (Chairman, Board of Governors from 1998 to 2001), the scholarship award provides full fee waiver (tuition, facilities and lab), on-campus accommodation (twin-sharing) and a monthly allowance of RM500 throughout the student's undergraduate study period at UCSI University. Books and laptop allowances will also be provided (first year RM2000, subsequent years RM1000).
The TSAR Merit Scholarship Award is only open to Malaysian students who are enrolled in any degree programme at UCSI University.
Terms and Conditions
- All applications received before the end of the closing date will be considered for scholarships.
- Scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis until available scholarship funds have been exhausted.
- Scholarships will be awarded based on merit, at the sole discretion of the school.

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- All applicants must register as students via Scholarship2u.com.
- All applicants must make an application via the Scholarships2u.com portal in order to qualify for the scholarship.
- Scholarship covers tuition fees only.

- Applicants must submit a certified copy of their recent exam results upon request. (If your documents are in a language other than English, you must provide certified translations).
- Open to students aged 17 and above.
- Applicants must posses AAAA in relevant subjects in A Levels, CGPA 4.00 in foundation/STPM/Diploma, or 8A1's in UEC for relevant subjects including English Language.
- Documentation such as School Leaving Certificate, Letter of Recommendation from School, resume, awards, portfolio etc.
- An essay written in English to include information describing who you are, your academic and extracurricular experiences and goals, and why you would like to study at this institution. (about 500words)
