The University of Liverpool International College (UoLIC) Regional Award is available non-EU international students from particular regions progressing from UoLIC to a non-clinical undergraduate degree program at the University of Liverpool in September 2020.

International (non-EU) fee-paying students from Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Africa, South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan) Commonwealth of the Independent States and the Americas progressing from the Foundation Certificate will receive £1,000 off tuition fees for Year 1 of their (non-clinical) degree at the University of Liverpool.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All applications received before the end of the closing date will be considered for scholarships. 
  • Scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis until available scholarship funds have been exhausted. 
  • Scholarships will be awarded based on merit, at the sole discretion of the school. 
  • Any or all scholarship values published is an indicative value of the award and does not indicate the actual awards.
  • Please note that all scholarships information and/or scholarships value in this list were correct at time of publication, however they are subject to change without notice.
  • Submission of an application and meeting the minimum criteria does not automatically guarantee the applicant a scholarship.

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. All applicants must register as students via Scholarship2u.com. 
  2. All applicants must make an application via the Scholarships2u.com portal in order to qualify for the scholarship. 
  3. Scholarship covers tuition fees only. 
  4. Terms and conditions may apply.
  5. Applicants must submit a certified copy of their recent exam results upon request. (If your documents are in a language other than English, you must provide certified translations).
  6. Open to students aged 18 and above.
  7. Minimum qualification for Undergraduates: A-Level, UEC, O-Level, STPM, or equivalent. 
  8. Minimum qualification for Postgraduates: Bachelor degree qualification or equivalent
  9. English Language Requirement: 7.0 in IELTS (Academic Module) overall with no band less than 5.5 or equivalent.
  10. Students will be subjected to an interview and required to sit the college entrance tests.
  11. School Leaving Certificate
  12. Letter of Recommendation from School
  13. Other supporting documents e.g. resume, awards, portfolio etc.
  14. A photocopy of valid passport photography page
