The University of Regina is nestled in Wascana Park, one of the largest urban parks in North America. Imagine attending a university surrounded by natural beauty (including a lake) and kilometres of walking and bike paths. Nearby are coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores where you’ll find products from many cultures (a taste of home!). Downtown Regina, with its many stores and restaurants, is an easy bus, bike, or car ride away. In summer, you’ll find the Regina Folk Festival, outdoor movies, and other exciting events. Regina is a city where newcomers find a real sense of home.
CIRCLE OF SCHOLARS ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP is given to the top three students in three specific regions identified annually throughout the world. Assuming the student meets the criteria each year, they will receive automatically $5,000 CAD each school year for up to 4 years! In addition to the financial assistance, these students will be invited to meet with the President of the University of Regina each year for a Circle of Scholars event. Students entering an Undergraduate Degree in the Fall Semester, will be automatically eligible for this award. Please note that there is specific criteria for this award.

- Scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis until available scholarship funds have been exhausted.
- Scholarships will be awarded based on merit, at the sole discretion of the school.

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- All applicants must register as students via Scholarship2u.com.
- All applicants must make an application via the Scholarships2u.com portal in order to qualify for the scholarship.
- Scholarship covers tuition fees only.
- Terms and conditions may apply.
- Applicants must submit a certified copy of their recent exam results upon request. (If your documents are in a language other than English, you must provide certified translations).
- Open to students aged 18 and above.
- Minimum qualification for Undergraduates: A-Level, UEC, O-Level, STPM, or equivalent.
- Minimum qualification for Postgraduates: Bachelor degree qualification or equivalent
- English Language Requirement: 7.0 in IELTS (Academic Module) overall with no band less than 6.0 or equivalent.
- Students will be subjected to an interview and required to sit the college entrance tests.

- Letter of Recommendation from School
- Other supporting documents e.g. resume, awards, portfolio etc.
- A photocopy of valid passport photography page
