We adhere to the standards for college admissions counseling set by the International Association for College Admission Counseling (International ACAC), and you and your institution likewise agree to adhere to such standards.
Scholarships2u Sdn Bhd complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. Scholarships2u Sdn Bhd has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Consultants and Service Providers:
We may share your personal data with our contractors and service providers who process personal data on behalf of Scholarships2u to perform certain business-related functions. These services include our high school counseling services, backup and disaster recovery service providers, email service providers, analytic tools, and others. When we engage another company to perform such functions, we may provide them with information, including personal data, in connection with their performance of such functions. If we have received your personal data in the United States and subsequently transfer that information to a third party agent or service provider for processing, we remain responsible for ensuring that such third party agent or service provider processes your personal data to the standard required by our Privacy Shield commitments unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to damage.
